Voice Actor Steven Jay Blum in GW?
After doing a few missions in the Shiverpeaks I am pretty convinced Steven Blum (sometimes goes by alias of David Lucas) does voices for a few Guild Wars characters. He has a pretty distinctive voice, and if you have played a lot of games or watched much English-Dubbed anime you have probably heard him. For instance, he does Spike's voice in the english version of Cowboy Bebop (among about a million other things).
There is no mention of GW on his IMDB page, but they aren't always up to date, especially for more obscure entries like this. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0089710/ |

Yup it's def him, doing the male PC voice during cutscenes,(pretty sure he's an NPC or two as well), he's also now in "samurai shamploo"
